Terms & Conditions

By booking or using our window cleaning services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

We provide professional window cleaning services using water-fed pole (WFP) systems and, where appropriate, traditional methods. Our standard service includes external windows, frames, sills, and doors unless otherwise agreed.

Interior window cleaning, conservatory roofs, gutters, fascia cleaning, paint removal, or builder residue are not included unless quoted separately.

Windows cleaned using a water-fed pole system may remain wet immediately after cleaning and will dry naturally.

2. Access & Safety

The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property, including clear access to windows, gates, and pathways. We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if access is unsafe or obstructed.

We will not work in conditions that pose a risk to safety, including severe weather, icy surfaces, or high winds.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers in advance.

Cancellations or changes require at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or repeated cancellations without notice may result in removal from our service list.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are based on the information provided at the time of quoting. If property details are inaccurate or access differs from what was agreed, prices may be adjusted.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in paused or cancelled future services.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will return to rectify any reasonable issues at no additional cost. Complaints received after this time may not be eligible for a re-clean.

6. Damage & Liability

We take care while working; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, poor window seals, loose fittings, or damage caused by faulty frames, seals, or glass.

We are not liable for damage resulting from unsafe property conditions that were not disclosed prior to the service.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services due to unsafe conditions, non-payment, abusive behaviour, or repeated missed appointments.

8. Privacy

Customer details are kept confidential and are not shared with third parties. Any photos taken for marketing purposes will only be used with the customer’s consent.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version
