Refund Policy

At Whites Window Cleaning, we take pride in providing a professional and reliable window cleaning service using the water-fed pole (WFP) system. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to resolve any concerns fairly and promptly.

Payment and refunds

Payment is due upon completion of the agreed service unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Refunds are not normally offered once a service has been carried out. However, if you are unhappy with the quality of the work, please contact us within 24 hours of the service being completed. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a free re-clean of the affected areas.

Refunds will only be considered if a re-clean is not possible or practical, and any refund decision remains at our discretion.

Water-fed pole cleaning and surface condition

Our window cleaning services are carried out using a water-fed pole system, which is widely recognised as a safe and effective method of cleaning windows.

Please note that we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to windows, frames, seals, or surrounding areas. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Scratches, chips, or cracks already present in the glass

  • Damage caused by age, wear and tear, or previous cleaning methods

Windows may sometimes contain embedded grit, debris, or surface defects that are not visible prior to cleaning. While we take care during all work, we cannot accept responsibility for scratches that occur as a result of pre-existing grit or debris on the glass surface.

Reporting issues

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of the service taking place. Reports made after this time may not be accepted.

This refund policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
